Looking for friends in Japan

Hi, im from germany, im 21 and im searching for friends from Japan to write with them. Preferred females but males too. I like the culture and language in Japan but i dont speak the language. Im speaking german, turkish and english. Im at doitsunet but i dont like the page because i cant write to people i must pay for the premium service.

btw they should live in Japan and not in USA, France etc.
