This movie will be out in stores next Tuesday, but I just have to share it because it was sooo funny!

Albert Brooks(Lost in America, the father in Finding Nemo) is on a mission to do a government assignment to research on what makes Muslims laugh. He goes to India and interviews people, crosses the border to Pakistan on foof in the middle of the night to meet Pakistani comedians.

I don't want to tell any more, but it was brilliant and awesome. I would love to see more movies like that!

I saw it on wikipedia a couple of months ago, and I really want to see this movie! thanks for sharing

I think the movie might be acceptable since it was shown at the Dubai Film Festival but I still can't understand why some people always tend to generalise, I mean not all muslims are alike ..besides a small part of the islamic world (Pakistan and India in the movie) can't possibly show the overall of Islam. I think the world has a wrong image of Islam which should be corrected ... Anyway the audience is the judge in this case and we'll let him decide.

Kamaru, thanks for your comment. This movie does not at all portray what Muslims are like, I don't think that's the point of the movie. It is more about how an American comedian struggles when he tries to deliver his humor in another culture in a very funny way.
