Long time no see, I have a new plan

Hey guys, it's been quite a while and I've been very busy (also just forgetting about checking on the forum), sorry about that
I'm currently in the process of implementing a new planned sequence of actions that should allow me to live in Japan long term and even get citizenship, starting from almost 0! I will explain this plan in detail in the future, but for now it's under wraps all I will say is it was inspired from @mdchachi 's suggestions to me, thanks!

If you want to know where I'm at now, I'm just in the Philippines, and about to head back to Japan in August a couple weeks ahead of my friend's and my birthday to celebrate together. She and I happen to have a birthday one day apart by "coincidence", so I'm excited to see her again on the special days anyway, next time will be my last time coming to Japan as a tourist

It's been a struggle getting to this point but finally with AI finally getting good (specifically Gemini) my life has been significantly enhanced in ways I couldn't imagine if I rejected assistance from AI. It helps make complicated things much easier for me to manage and process, for one

I'm glad you have a plan that may work. Looking forward to hearing about it after it you have successfully transitioned to a non-tourist status.

We're still holding down the fort here. I was in Japan in March. Not sure if I will make it again this year. I'd say the odds are 50/50.

Just curious; are you paying for any AI subscriptions, or just using the free stuff?
I'm of the generation that shuns paying for this kind of stuff (or maybe I'm just cheap). But I understand that a lot of guys in their 20s and 30s have AI subscriptions and use it for things I wouldn't necessarily think of.

I don't pay a penny for it! Actually some time ago, I had Google One on an account and it basically gave me more access to the Pro model at the time, but I had paid for that just for storage, and the extra AI capabilities were just a side effect that I used to my advantage. After realizing it was actually really useful, I started using it more, just the regular Flash version rather than the Pro version, and eventually they even updated their "credit" system to where you can use any model but the Pro model uses the most of your hourly usage limits, while the Lite model allows for infinite usage. All of this is free, and I typically use Flash in Extended Thinking mode A lot of people hate on AI but it has actually saved me a lot of time, money, and it even made me aware of serious things I never would've noticed had I not used AI... It literally alerted me of a conversation I showed it with a woman I've been talking to for a while, and made me aware that the things she was telling me were a textbook case of her being human trafficked... I never would've known if I didn't show AI the conversation, which prompted me to ask more questions and find out the truth about what happened to her, and get her any necessary help... Just one of many cases where AI actually did really good

Ahh, it would be nice if you can make it again though I'm likely skipping Tokyo this time, going straight into Nagoya then Osaka, the only reason I ever go to Tokyo is for some specific events but it's not gonna happen during my stay this time so I'll just miss it for this time maybe
