Locating Kanji help please

So I have come across a Kanji I just have not been able to locate yet.

I provided a screenshot and results I found but... it just doesn't match.

So far, I notice that the box radical has the bottom missing and the one on the picture shows an extra line going from top right to bottom right... but they do not match.

Any idea as to what this is, what the furigana is or any help at all?

(The Kanji I am looking for is in the results, but they seem to differ from the image slightly which means I probably have the incorrect Kanji)

The radical is 門. The way you see it written in the manga is just a common shortcut used in handwriting. The kanji is the same as the fourth from the left in your image of five kanji.
