Hmmm.... I'm not sure about that one. I have never heard of that word.

There is 目的（もくてき）, that can mean "an aim/a purpose". Then there is 目視 (もくし）which means to see with your eyes. When we hear "aim", the first word that comes to our mind would be 狙い (ねらい).

Now I know! You meant 目指す（めざす）! You need the す at the end for it to mean anything.

ahh, yeah, i was sorta wondering about that one....thanks for clearing it up. そういえば、イカ墨カレーって食べたことある人いるのかな。。。ちょっとうまそうかなあと。
