Ok, I guess this is semi-serious.

I was thinking of how pissed off and disappointed I was with humanity in general recently, and was thinking, "Gee, if I could, I wonder how I could destroy the world?"

Of course, I guess you could say it means just wiping out the human race, you don't necessarily destroy the planet right?

What are you best guesses on how humanity could be destroyed? Nuclear war? Super virus? Global warming going out of control? Super ExtreeEeeeEEeeEme Mass suicide?

I say set off a chain of nuclear explosions or strap rockets on the moon and aim it at the earth.

If it was just the human race then a species specfic virus would be the best way. There is a game on the net called Pandemic II in which you can do this (except bloody Madagascar. I hate Madagascar!!!!!). Have a link

People can always hide from nukes, plus a nuclear war wouldn't cover the entire planet. Sure enough Europe, North America and large swathes of Asia would suffer, but Australia would be relatively unharmed along with South America.
As for global warming, well we can adapt and again hide.

I'm sorry to say this but you are right Hezam. This has no point it's 'good' to talk about it but euhm nobody knows what will happen to us in the future.

lol, ok this thread went a bit off track. I go to Saitama for a few days and boom.

Anyway, the intent was to explore the various ways humanity could be destroyed by neglectful behavior or intentional behavior. Oh well.

I would raise a mighty horde that would create the greatest war machines that ever spread chaos. Cities and mountains would be flattened like blades of grass. Lakes and seas would be turned to deserts. When at last all enemies are felled the horde will launch satellites to scan for any lingering life.

Finally, the horde will turn on itself and the war that turned the earth into a wasteland will seem like pillow fight compared to the fury of the horde. When one warrior alone stands he or she shall be the lord or lady of skulls.

The champion will sleep and wait for the satellites to find any pockets of humans trying to rebuild. Pity the poor souls for the champion will not.

Should the satellites find nothing the champion will die and humanity will be no more.

But that's just me, go big or go home

I figure humanity as we know it will change when a natural cataclysm befalls humanity. Maybe the ozone will be stripped away by a solar flare sometime soon, or perhaps the Yellowstone Caldera with give birth to a hydrothermal explosion.
