Left-Handed Translations

Hi there. I'm hoping someone can help me translate some English into Japanese.

I'm trying to find how to write 'left-handed' in Japanese. As in, a left-handed writer, left-handed guitarist etc... Google comes up with this, but I know from experience to take it with a pinch of salt.

I've also seen サウスポー and ぎっちょ - I'm sure there are many more!

Those ones are all correct. 左利き is the most common one, ぎっちょ / 左ぎっちょ [hidarigiccho] is relatively rare nowadays, サウスポー is often used for athletes such like baseball pitcher, tennis player or boxer, plus, レフティ is used especially for golfer.
