Well you guys are right. But Laruku is one of those bands who would really DESERVE money (and i would happily give mine but er..I don't have any )
But someday I'll buy their cd:s, I promise before that, soulseek is my best friend

L'arc en ciel's ark 15th Anniversary Expanded Edition

Ther new album is going to be in stores 11.15.2006
 
I heard they were doing a 15th anniversary concert too, and there's a site where you can vote for what songs you want but i've forgotten what it is ;-)

As for the new album...is it actually a new album with new songs or a re-release of some of their old songs?
 
im shure it will have new and old songs in a new form.
 
It just re-release of Ark, Ray with DVds about making (As my friend told)^^ L'arc fan bloke agian hahahaha

Hopefully, Tofu Records release teh cd. I can't afford import prices right now >.< I saw all the re-released singles a day ago and I must say, they are sex. When you put all the sides together it says "L'Arc ark 15th Anniversary". If I wasn't a broke bastard I'd get it.

$15 for each single that has only a max. of four songs on it? Some cd's even has one song on it. Nah, I'm not into that, import prices that is. Especially when the cd's are cheaper over in Japan.

God, I really wish I could go to their up-coming concert.
Loved their MS performance of "Caress of Venus" :win: That song pwns my soul! Wow, I've missed them...I didn't even realize I did until I saw that clip.
 
You are so right, Hyde....i miss Laruku so much too, despite having only discovered them recently. It's wonderful thinking they're getting back together
 
To be honest I'm both really excited and a little...apprehensive about it. I haven't quite gotten over some of my issues and it'll probably take their new album dropping for me to do so. Part of me knows it'll be the best thing since sliced bread but other parts of me are slightly more pessimistic. But I really want the album to come out so then I'll know for sure!
 
I wonder how will there new song sound like.
 
@ hyde- i know what you mean. Personally, i think Laruku's best time was their Ray/Ark era, i think they released their best songs then, and since then they've had a few good ones that stand out, but not whole albums that are completely mind blowing, like Ray and Ark were. Well, maybe that's just me, but i'm a little apprehensive myself. Then again, hyde's had a brilliant solo run, so there's still that potential for creativity there
 
I just feel like "Awake" was their last album. Final. Done. End of story. So, this is sorta like if Malice Mizer put out another album, it just feels a little weird. It's not that I feel their best era is passed, though I understand that, it just feels like they're done. The last thing I want is for them to be like an anime that just never knows when to stop and over-shoots it's ending and drags on for 20 episodes more than it should.
 
Okay I have a question. I have a L'arc PV and I have no idea what the song is called.

The PV starts off zooming into a mansion where Hyde walks into a room and sits down to look at pictures of paintings. The camera zooms into the pictures which become 3D and then animate. And the band plays inside the paintings. What is this song called? Can someone please help?

Sorry for my lack of L'Arc knowledge.
