I'm not sure. My japanese is horrible, but I'm trying to learn. So i came here in high hopes of learning some. Well, I'm generally a nice person, but I can seem dense sometimes.

What are you not sure of?

Well I hope we can help you out with your Japanese ^^;

Youkoso!

Welcome to the forums :)

Well, if you can use ひらがな and カタカナ, i have a post called "でたらめなしゃべり" (or something like that) which may help. The purpose is to speak Japanese then hopefully some one'll correct it if you say something wrong. You could probably get away with romazi, but 漢字 and ひらがな are easier to read, especially when using words that have multiple meanings but it's not clear in the sentance.

I understand that I'm better off using those two methods, but I do not have a japanese enabled keyboard (or whatever they are called.) I might get one someday, hopefully.

I am learning, slowly but surely, but I will get better. And thank you for your kind welcome, everybody.

It's not the keyboard. It's a software setting in your computer. Windows, it's IME. Linux, it's SCIM. Look up IME if you're on windows and you'll find lots of info on it. For linux, go to "System" then "language support" and i think you can figure out the rest on your own there.
