Katana- Maker marks and more?

I have just purchased a WWII Katana and could use some assistance in deciphering the marks on the tang. See attached. As always, any, and all assistance is greatly appreciated. My apologies if the orientation is not correct.....

宣光　　　　　　　　Nobumitsu. Real name is Kurikura Jōtarō (栗倉錠太郎). Swordsmith from Seki city (in Gifu Prefecture).
昭和十八年九月　　　Made in September 1943
