kanji translation help

If you want only kanjis for those two words,
"消" for erase would do.
And for rewrite, I think "改" is close enough. I say close enough because "改" means to rewrite something because there were some flaws found in the writing. The context of this kanji may not be what you want.

sorry it seems i wasnt clear with what i want ^^
i need the whole sentense as it is...but i think i got wrong with what kanji is..so i think i need it in katakana (if im right)
i tried some translations though websites but almost all are different xD
this is what i get from google : 消去して書き換える

The kanjis have two pronunciations (or readings) and they are kunyomi (the Japanese reading) and onyomi (the Chinese reading).
消 can be read as けす (kunyomi) or しょう (onyomi). Either can be true because which reading or pronunciation is used is arbitrary.

What's the context? What do you intend to "erase"? Is it "letters written on paper", for example? The answer could differ depending on that.

And, I hope that you do not depend too much on translations provided by mechanical turks like Google Translate and Babylon as these are programmed software that translate words, phrases and sentences just as they are programmed to do so - this leaves out the real context which is essential in translations. Also, machine translations lack sentience, which causes the translations to sound "stiff" or come up with something that a normal human would not use in a conversation or write down in writing.

the "erase and rewrite" is from a jap. song i like.. and i was thinking of getting it tattoo as a phrase in japanese..

Then, you should have said so and given us the link in the first place. What you want to be done is not to TRANSLATE a phrase but to IDENTIFY what part corresponds to the phrase in the lyrics.
Anyway, 消してリライトして is the part. I don't recommend to use it, though. This is a part of a sentence, so to take only this phrase out of the context changes the meaning. In fact, 消してリライトして means "PLEASE erase and rewrite." Furthermore, リライト is just the transliteration of the English word "rewrite". Usually it's not used in Japanese, and many Japanese people wouldn't be able to understand what it means.
