Evening,
I picked up another Katana and, while I was told it was, I'm not sure that it's of WWII vintage. Just not sure.... Would someone be so kind to translate the kanji on the tang?

It's a female name 小川歩子 Ogawa Ayuko (or Ayako). Hmm, I don't think it's, at least, the name of the swordsmith in WW2 era (or before).

Thanks... It's a weird one as it's technical/mechanically correct but it has the number 50 on the edge of the tang and a serial number on the habaki.... Maybe really late war or made as a personal sword?
