Kanji look up methods...

Simple question I guess. For kanji and unknown words, what do you feel is the best way to look up words? Are there certain sites that you use? A specific dictionary or other method?

Kanji can be looked up by radical using Jim Breen's website here. To look up words, click on "Word search" at the top of the screen. Hope this helps.
