My private HS taught Chinese as a separate elective. English is practically mandatory. Asking if you'd make "more" teaching English and any other language will sort of depend on your work situation. For example, if you at Berlitz and work full-time, you would have a full plate regardless of what you taught. However, if you had the part-time work at Berlitz where you had to call in daily to see if anyone was coming to your lessons that night, it would depend on whether there were interested students for either language you could teach.
AFAIK, Chinese is occasionally taught here but not in great demand. You could probably find some places that teach it (like conversation schools or culture centers and mainstream schools), but I wouldn't count on it for full-time work. Perhaps there are FT Chinese teachers here who know otherwise...?
