がつようび
かようび
すいようび
むくようび
きんようび
どようび
いちようび

These are the days of the week that I learned a very long time ago from my first book when I was a total newbie. I just noticed however my grammar book and a few sites have:

いちようび as にちようび

がつようび as げつようび

きんようび as きにょうび

Was wondering which set were right?

Not sure about alternate options, but these are what I learned starting with monday.
げつようび
かようび
すいようび
もくようび
きんようび
どようび
にちようび
I have never heard any of those alternates. I have also heard the days shortened to just the pre-youbi terms (げつ、か、すい、もく、きん、ど、にち).

There are no alternates.

T
Those "alternatives" are just typos and errors with Roman alphabet input system:

がつようび typed "a" instead of "e" (gatsuyoubi for getsuyoubi)
むくようび typed "u" instead of "o" (mukuyoubi for mokuyoubi)
いちようび missing "n" (ichiyoubi for nichiyoubi)
きにょうび typed "n" instead of "nn" (kinyoubi for kinnyoubi)
