Japanese Music Videos?

I went to a Japanese market the other day (Uwajimaya). When I was in the music department I saw some very cool music videos. Since I can't read Japanese I couldn't tell what the band names were. The videos were really strange and the music was wierd. The music was like a mix of pop, rap, and a little bit of rock (I know this sounds like bad music -but the japanese pull it off well).
My question is: where can I find these music videos? Where can a find strange Japanese music videos?

We, russian fans of J-rock and anime, usually use WinMX and some other protocols to download tonnes of japanese Music videos and anime. That is why we don't need to buy DVD or CD in markets.

I don't but them because here we don't'have it. I also download J-MUSIC stuff like a crazy.
Brazilian market for J-POP (Music, Movies, Anime on DVD, etc) is really poor. I can only consider the plenty of Manga titles that are available here.
I bought only once imported merchandise from USA (Japanese CDA, American Anime DVD).
But if there would be Offcial Merchandise I would SURELY buy them as the maximum I could.
There's nothing better than original stuff. And I have to support the wonderful artists from Japan who offers such high quality works.
