Hello,
If you are talking about Japanese language schools, they do not have "terms/semesters" in the way colleges or universities do. A specific language school may, but many seem to offer admissions on an on-going basis.
The main requirements for studying at a Japanese language school, is the ability to pay and get a visa (for visa, you basically need to be from a country with diplomatic relations with Japan, not have a criminal record, and be able to prove that you can support yourself as a student in Japan at a language school that is acceptable as an institution for Japanese language studies).
In short, if you have enough money, you should be able to be accepted. For this reason, I think that is why there are no threads on getting accepted to Japanese language schools and WHY no one has responded to you post.
Good luck.
