Japanese holiday recipes

Since I don't know what ingredients are available in your town, one easy, but probably a bit different, recipe may be cold instant noodle.
Japanese love to eat cold noodle in summer.
One example: Cold soba buckwheat noodle meets tomatoes (the cold soup is the Japanese-favorite dried bonito and soy sauce)

1.Prepare soup as instructed, cool it down, and keep it in a refrigerator at the previous night before you eat. To you taste, it is an idea to reduce water from the soup to make it thicker. You may also freeze a small amount of soup.
2. In the following morning, cook noodle, and then rinse it in running water.
3. Put the noodle in iced water, then drain well.
4. Put noodle in a bowl, pour the cold soup and place your favorite ingredients.
