Who is this directed at? The people with good enough English skills to read all that and understand it don't need it and the ones who might benefit from it aren't likely to read it.

I studied in Philippines Teachers are very good and very kind. And the cost is very cheap. check them. ^^

12 weeks ESL
single room,3 meals a day ,(1:1) 4 classes - 3 group classes $ 4012
double room,3 meals a day ,(1:1) 4 classes - 3 group classes $ 3510

Same here. I studied English with the help of a Filipina tutor. A friend referred her to my mother. She charges only 1000 yen / hour. 5x cheaper as compared to online ESL companies. The tutors is great and is very patient.
