Japanese Dictionairy?

Silly question here how is a japanese dictionairy originized because you cant really follow alphabet order? just a silly question i wanted to ask

A general use dictionary like 広辞苑 or 大辞林 is organized in あいうえお order, while a 漢和辞典 (kanji dictionary) is organized by the radicals.

most japanese dictionaries to any language are organized by letters hiragana or katakana

but kanji : its dictionary is different ... it depends on strokes ... 4 example
私 this kanji wrote in 7 strokes ,so you'll check it in 7 strokes group ..and so on ...

I would agree... It does have a bit of a learning curve though, since it is so comprehensive.
