These are Chinese. They are parts of Chinese poems, that are being used to practice calligraphy. By themselves, and taken out of context, they aren't very meaningful. Can't quite get the first, but the other four are

As clear as a mirror, as sweet as wine
3. 幽隠足游觀
(I have) left the world, and watching the water run down the mountains is my only pleasure.
4. 幽人應末珉
You who have left us, are no doubt unable to sleep.
5. 一路涼風邪十八里
The wind passes through on the road of 18 miles.
