Our museum has a Japanese pretty floral designed square bottle shaped vase that we know little about. There is a signature on the base that we would appreciate help translating please. If anyone can help us determine the approximate date, kiln or signature, refer us to a bizen ware museum that would be very much appreciated. The measurements are Height 204 Width 72 and Diameter 71mm. Thanking you in advance!

Yes, you got it right. Dai Nippon, Inbe-sei (Imbe is also OK)
Actually I can't read that very last kanji. It could be 製, but it could also be something else (陶 or 焼) or something. But 製 is probably the most likely. At any rate, it doesn't really change the overall meaning/intent.

Great Majestic. Thank you for confirming. There were three Inbe kilns so I have eliminated one as they only made water related equipment. This pottery was so strong it wouldn't break. Great way to keep Saki cool!
