Is this right ?

I have an exercise book which telling me to make sentences in japanese. Can someone tell me whether I made the right sentence or not and give the right sentence if mine is wrong.
1. Because this is small town, even though i don't lock the car, nobody stole it.
1. これは小町だから、自動車をロックしなくてあるけど盗むのじゃない
2. you are free to not to wash. but tomorrow there will be no cloth to wear.
2. あなたは洗うまいのに自由だが、明日使い為の着物がない
3. because he is a child, maybe he doesn't understand adult feeling.

4. I think he will not come.

5. among things that move human, hunger is the strongest.

7. adolescent can recognize romantic love, but hard to accept feeling which same as parental love.

8. Doesn't matter if the cat is black or white as long as it catches mouse.

9. want to drive fast or slow, what matter is careful.

10. Maybe he isn't joking with us.

Does your exercise book not give answers, or at least indications of which grammar patterns it wants you to practice? I ask because you're using some things (~まい negative, であろう) which are not common in the modern spoken language.

1. Your English is in past tense but your Japanese is not. I'm going to presume you want it in non-past ("even if you don't lock your car it will not be stolen").

For a place you should use ここ ("here") not これ ("this")
I would suggest also 小さな町 or 田舎 over 小町.

しなくてある doesn't make sense to me - you can use ロークしなくても to mean "even if it isn't locked". The verb then needs to be in negative passive ("will not be stolen").
ここは田舎だから、車をロックしなくても盗まれない

Alternatives for ロック:
車の鍵を閉めなくても or 車の鍵かけなくても
Instead of 盗まれない you could also just say something like 大丈夫

No, it doesn't ask specific grammar pattern,
I just made the sentence after I read a lesson about まい、であろう and かろう and tried to used it even though I don't understand it quite well.

Is your book very old? Outside stuff like 子どもじゃあるまいし ~まい is hardly ever used. I don't think it's a very good book for self-studying if it doesn't give answers or tell you what sort of sentence patterns to practice.
