Is this phrase translated correctly? (For valentine's day)

Hi, I am doing a drawing for my girlfriend for valentine's day and i want to include a japanese phrase on it so i used babelfish translating tool. I don't trust babelfish very much... so I want to ask if the translations are grammatically correct in Japanese and if not, what should they be?:

"This is our love story"
これは私達のラブストーリーである

"I love you" (Aishiteru)
私は愛する

grammatically correct, though I would not put である at last.
これは私達のラブストーリー works perfectly.

"I love you" (Aishiteru)
私は愛する

not really...
As you said there, "愛してる（aishiteru）" or
"私はあなたを愛してる" would be the correct translation.

私は愛する doesn't include the word YOU in its meaning.
it is like saying "I love" without any object!

"である" is a form of the copula "です". It's basically equivalent to the English verb "to be". "である" is a very formal verb which is used almost exclusively when writing. In spoken Japanese, it's very common to leave out the copula entirely (at least in informal situations), so it would be much more natural to leave it out as Giorgia suggested.

愛してる
and
私はあなたを愛してる

The difference is that in the second sentence the subject and object are explicitly stated, and in the first they are implied by context. The second one is more stilted and less natural, because in Japanese subjects and objects are usually left unstated if they are already understood. For example, if you were talking to your girlfriend, the first one would be better, because she would be able to tell that you meant "I love you", and not something ridiculous like "The cat loves the rock."

As a side note, "私は愛する" means "I love", and it sounds like a very general statement that you tend to love things.
