is there a place in tokyo that rents cool cars by the hour

That would be a most unusual occurance. Speed enforcement on Tokyo surface streets is practically non-existant. If nothing will do you but to get a ticket, try leaving your seatbelt unfastened, driving drunk, or riding a 50cc scooter on many overpasses.

It would help if gave some actual car make/model instead of just "cool car". Sort of hard to google around on rental companies and cool cars.

HA!! Well, if you do want a speeding ticket you could always blow by one of those picture boxes on the highway at >140 KPH. Only downside is it'd take a while for you to recieve your ticket in the mail.

Or you could look for a speed trap and hit one. It's kinda like a big parking lot the police wave you into, to give you a ticket right there. There's lots of other people there that will be having just as much fun as you are.

well to add to the question... i'd be interested in some sort of advanced technique driving school, or soemthing along those lines.... as an american i'd love to drive a right hand drive skyline or silvia. if anyone can provide some info on something like that or on any drift/car expos in japan, i'd appreciate it.
