Is it possible to use the word 様 alone, without name or profession to be added to? Words like sensei and senpai are used both ways as a suffix and as a noun. Keishou like -san and -chan can be used as suffixes only. And what about sama? We can say: forgive me, Takeshi-sensei - ごめんなさい武先生 and magister dixit - 先生は言いました. Is it acceptable to do the same with 様? ごめんなさい武様 and 様は言いました is the latter correct? Can I say something like: あなたは間違っている様

様 is a suffix as same as さん or ちゃん, so it can't be used alone as a noun.
As for your last example, 様 is interpreted as a na-adjective よう(だ), meaning "to seem/look like".
