Is it me or..

have you noticed for a couple of weekends ago the guests numbers suddenly shot up to around the 400s? When I am normally on I always look to see how many members and guests are looking through the forums. It usually seems to be just above the 100 mark. I think that with a sudden influx of guest that our membership should have gone up? If your looking at this and are a guest, why not go the whole way and join, that way you could post and start your own threads that could bring more disscussion and life into the site. We don't bite (Well Frank might, but he usually forgets to put his teeth in )

You know what I've noticed?! Every effin time I log on here lately and hit the "new posts" button, I get an entire page of J-Pop threads! It's driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People are racking up thousands of posts, and most of said posts go like this:

"he's hotttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!"

"isn't he beautiful?!?!?!?!"

"*dies*"

"*nosebleed*"

"*sighs*"

"OMG look how skinny that guy is! I bet he only weighs 100 pounds! He's so white and I can't tell if he's a girl or a guy! OMGWTFLOLZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!!!!"
(well, that was one I made up)

I'm just a little irritated...

I was wondering more if membership had gone down for guests not interested in actually participating.

About the J-pop thing, wasn't there some discussion before of disabling post counts....if it's the music posters in particular who care about things like that, I think it would be a great idea.

It's your age Kirei. As you approach the 30 mark (yes I know you've just passed the 29) you seem to become more irritated with the younger generation. But I agree, maybe the J-pop section should have something done with it, although it is popular and some of the members do look at the other sections.

I know what you mean, now and then i check out the j-pop forum for 'regular' music...i posted a thread and by the next day it was practically bumped off by posts like "prettiest j-rocker"!

being a member of the "younger generation"...just want to let you know that it bugs me too!
