Dear native English speakers,
I have a little question.

I hear that you use "see" when you meet someone for the second time. (Am I saying it right?)
Would only (a) sound right?
(a) I'm so glad to see you again.
(b) I'm so glad to meet you again.

You are correct. "I'm glad to meet you" (はじめまして) is used for only the first meeting. "I'm glad to see you" or "It's good to see you" or "It's good to see you again" is used for the second meeting, third meeting, etc.

Thanks for the help, Buntaro and mdchachi.
