here my question ..
i'm a student in a dintistry college ,, after graduating .. i want to complete my specialty in Japan .. so .. is there any college there that teaches in English ?​

As far as I know, medicine is always taught in Japanese in Japan, because the national examinations for medical practitioners require that you speak, read and write Japanese on a highly advanced (post-collegiate) level.

I know of no medical college in Japan that teaches in languages other than Japanese.

The simple answer is "NO".

As epigene mentioned, you need to pass the national examination to be qualified as a dentist. The exam is in Japanese with technical terms on top of ordinary Japanese language.
Being very fluent in Japanese language + with special terminology is a "must" to work as a dentist in Japan.
