I'd like to help a friend buy a bass guitar from Yahoo Auctions

The problem is he lives in Germany, like me. I'd really like to help him out but my Japanese is really rusty and I've never bought something from Japan before. Does anyone know if there is any hope of buying something from Yahoo Auctions from Europe? Or is Yahoo Auctions just like eBay and everything depends on the seller? This brand seems really rare even in Japan and can't be had anywhere else, apparently. Here's the bass in question:

Thanks a lot, Toritoribe, I wasn't able to find that page. Man, that's a bummer.

I know there are a few Japanese online guitar stores that ship internationally (Ishibashi, Ikebe-gakki, etc.), maybe we'll have to wait until one shows up there.
