Greetings there again Buddha5 san !! I'd like to hear a little more about which you would think would be more important...having a Japanese girl as a wife, or living in Japan?
As far as just getting married to a Japanese lady to get the ticket here, I think you'd still have to pay a pretty penny...in a figurative way. If you'd like to hear more about the married with a lady from these isles, then some of us can give some real love stories, and some can give some horror stories...hee, hee, hee... I'd love to hear more. MM

I don't see what's wrong with this thread....seems very light hearted, it's not different from the thousands I love Japanese girls, why are Japanese girls the best & etc... we should use the same standards of judging threads, if we allow those to stay then this one stays if not then they all go

Light hearted yes I do agree, there are 1000's of people that have this "love" of Japanese women (girls). Just the using them for a visa hmmm perhaps you should think twice about that part it can and will offend quite a few users of this forum, and people in general. (even if it is light hearted)

I like Japanese women too, but why married them just for to live in japan? or a japanese wife for just some paperwork?? Come on, are you that desperate? I like japanese women/girls very much, but i don't have to go to japan for that, in my country there are also a lot of japanese girls ;-)

Look its juvenile and in quite poor taste. There is no excuse for an adult (or someone who remotely resembles an adult) to make a post that a 12-year-old would think twice about.
Besides, I cannot imagine any self-respecting Japanese girl would take you up on your offer.
And there aren't many Japanese people on these forums compared to the massive numbers of gaijin.
It would do well to lurk for a month or two on a forum like this to get the feel of what sort of people post here and what they discuss. Had the Original Poster done so, he would have realized that this sort of thread is pretty-much uncalled for.

I cannot imagine any girl, regardless of nationality that would take you up on your offer.
I have read some of this and reminds me of an ex-user on the forum who currently got banned. I mean, yeah, I think Japanese girls are cute or hot but as I have said in other posts, one shouldn't marry someone due to their nationality, and much worse to utilize a Japanese wife for you to go to Japan to live the easy way. Do it the hard way, the way most of the people on the forum go, get money, find a jo or something and then go to Japan... God!

Maushan3 san, alas, there are indeed many people in the world who would marry someone just for the visa, both men and women - perhaps millions of them! In my travels I have many folk who are desperate to marry outside their country in order to get away to what they see as a better life. You can see the effects of this in the great difficulty some completely genuine marriages between English and Thais, or English and Chinese, have in getting visas at all for the spouses, such is the distrust from the immigration authorities here.
Unfortunately, this is a sad fact, a reality, of life these days.

Haha, I think you misunderstood me, yeah what you say is completely true. What I said is that I don't think anyone would want to marry a person who is using him/her to live in a country.

But that is exactly what I wrote! People all over the world will pay a lot of money to marry somebody from a certain country! And many people are very happy to make that money!

Even if the op is serious about his post I don't see whats so wrong about it. He's just expressing his ambition. What's so different about those others who say I want to marry a japanese girl cuz she's hot or they are sexy or watever. They also dont care about the potential spouse, they just want to get satisfaction, yet this one is frowned upon more than usual. Is just different kinds of satisfaction, in the end the eventual japanese spouse is being used nonetheless. And what about those who are so much into japanese things that they "fall in love" with a japanese girl and end up marrying them and stay in japan...yeh how conveniant...but no they are in love they cant' be criticized....a little double standard here...is funny, how come a lot of those who are married in Japan don't live with their spouses in their home nations, ie maciamo who gave japan a shot but came bak to belgium....seems to me that those who are "obsessed" with japan end up magically marrying a japanese girl and staying there. It's a little hypocritical in my view.
