I have the flu...=cough= JRef comforts me..

Autumn has arrived and it is getting colder and colder day by day...because of this terrible weather in Denmark I have now catched a terrible cold...
The only things that can comfort me is my laptop (connected to JRef) on my bed, a cup of tea, tissues, medicine.....

I have slept all day yesterday and now I can't sleep and that is why I have been on this forum quite often today....

Thank you for your well-wishes. I am just glad that I don't have a webcam, as my nose is red like Rudolf the reindeer!
It is just annoying being sick. Anyway, I needed some days off work to relax, but not like this!

Eat lots of Chicken Noodle Soup and drink lots of Orange juice...that will help you feel warmer and might help with the running nose. If you have one... :? Take some of that nasty Buckley's stuff you'll heal faster.

Hey Miss Apollo,

Sorry that you're sick, I know what you mean you can't do much, just hang out lazy and bored, and weak, feeling useless, but have sm funn, i donna drink sm tea, don't try to read though, that will just make u more tired and frustrated that u cant concentrate. Maybe you just lean bak and listen to sm music , some nice relaxing stuff, crank up the radiator so that you can hear the water dripping throught it; it's very comforting and relaxing. If you dont have a radiator then just hudle up against ur blanky and wonder away in your thoughts. Always works for me, then u'll just get sleepy in no time, and then you'll be cool. Sleep is the best medicine

But I donna I mean this is for lazy sick syndrome like I have, but If you feel restless and frustrated, hmm it could work just as well, or maybe you should just drink hot tea in gallons and watch old Kurosawa movies or Fellini stuff. Whatever you do, avoid day time tv ; it's so depressing makes you feel even worse, unless it's good stuff like BBC or nateonal geographic


Anywayzz, get better soon, stupid weather, it's the same here, it's been trying to get me sick for the past month. Everyone is just dropping like flies in here, I mite be next
