This is better. You can see there are many differences between the first image you posted and this one. Hopefully one of our resident experts can help.

Need to see the tang of the bare blade without the writing superimposed on the photos. Those lines aren't helping. They mean nothing, and they don't resemble any Japanese characters. Usually the inscription on the tang will include the location of the smith, possibly an official title, and then a (usually) two-character name.

Also, seeing the blade itself would help identify it as well.
