I have no idea what the name of this game is. I haven't been able to find out anything about it. Perhaps a translation would help me out, I would greatly appreciate it. The links below show the game, the outer box, and an inside label.

The text on the box says 最新家庭競技 - newest home match.

The round label was photographed upside down. It says:
二人ゴルフ
左右に分かれて玉を打ちてんとりゲームをします

Two-person golf
Split up left and right and hit the balls to score points.
