How to move to over there? Does it take lots of planning to do it?

The two most important things to sort out are visa status and how you will support yourself there. What kind of visa will you be there using? How will you consistently get the money to live?

If you need to ask a question like that, then I don't think you're cut out for a life abroad.

I would suggest you start doing a search online for figuring out your visa options in Japan.

He was suggesting you put in a little effort searching the Internet rather than just ask about it.

What skills do you bring? What can you do? How is your Japanese?
You could go to school in Japan including Japanese language school. Need a degree? Temple University, Japan Campus That is temporary but some can network to get a job afterwards to sponsor.
Get a job in Japan, your employer would sponsor you. Rakuten for example is a Japanese tech company that hires English speakers and brings them over. They even interview in English.
Robert Half is an example of a recruiting firm that helps nonJapanese get a job in Japan but again what skills do you have?
Sometimes a company in one's home country can send them to Japan for a while. Sometimes there are internships Internships in Japan
Are you a nurse? Some are brought over. What can you offer for some organization in Japan to sponsor which involves spending money for you to get a visa?

Start with the Japanese embassy website for your country. That will have visa requirements in your first language.
