How long did it take you to learn all of the japanese (fluently) in japanese video games?

I'm pretty new at japanese. You can say I know pretty much nothing. At this rate, I doubt I'll ever actually become fluent in 10 years.

I have a game, Feel The Magic XY/XX for the Nintendo DS. It has a japanese verison. And uhm, even some experienced members here cannot translate it. It is very strange. It was very informal japanese and I guess it had alot of slang/weirdness to it (It IS a weird game..):
What's IS good is it is in hiragana only and katakan, no kanji!
Here are 2 sentences:
One is, "We're stuck on a desert island!"
Doko yau mujintou mitai!

Woa, this thread may cause rivalry LOL, just kidding. I wish I could read half the written LOL, but I'm also a very noob at japanese learning. What I know is that I will someday read them without major problems, like I actualy do with english ones now (I'm from Spain, but I can understand english games quite well I think ^^). Almost everyone in here, who want to learn japanese, will study and learn it. I wouldn't want to seem that I only study japanese to play games and watch anime, but to do some special things in my life that I plan to do in the future ^^. Everyone, enjoy studying! ^o^
