How get tickets for a concert?

Hi guys,

I'll be in Japan for 28 days in July-August. I would like to go to a concert of Scandal band and/or Aiko.
Somebody know if there are coming dates and how to get a ticket? - already tried by phone for one concert in Osaka but my poor japanese language didn't help
