In that context ""ジョンって奴"" do you say Me or Yatsu? Thanks.

An on'yomi of the kanji is "nu", not "me", by the way.
 
Notice the explanation "Usually written using kana alone" in Tangorin. (Unlike Jisho.org, the site even doesn't give any example of the suffix め there, though.) Actually, you can think that め is never written in kanji in that usage nowadays. The ones in コトバンク are obsolete.
Also, notice that those sites clearly say that め is a suffix (接尾 is the shortened version of 接尾語), thus, it can't be attached to the particle って. You can judge that め can't be the reading of 奴 in that sentence from this information.
