What sort of "support" are you looking for -- financial, spiritual, or structural? Just kidding, but could you be a little more specific?

Knowing the type of job you are shooting for might help. Most teaching jobs offer something, whether a housing allowance or a used apartment to move into. Non-teaching jobs... well, it depends.

As for foreigners, you may run into some discrimination when renting on your own. Don't know if this is a type of support you were looking for, either.
