Horror Film Distribution

I am an independent producer living in Beijing.

I am considering making a horror film here in China. It will be Chinese-language, shot on HD, and with a budget of around $50,000 USD.

I am looking for any information about selling a film for distribution in Japan. Any stories, links or other information about selling films in Japan is welcome.
