a slice of natural wood cut from a tree and sized approx. 60 x 80 cm. It was lost in an old house. Said it was used in old times to serve sashimi to groups of eaters. Well I love sashimi and now I want to use it, But how to create sashimi creations that looks like a landscape or art painting, a piece of food art? I am not experienced in making super artistic sashimi arrangements or slicing fresh special fish properly with a sharp knife. It requires surely special regional rare fish and seafodd species. Any ideas? Anyone who would like to try that with me. I would like to take photos of edo period style sahsimi art and then eat it. Greets Jack-George.
