hi everyone and thanks for reading this

i decided to register because i have a question.
but also because i think this is the right place to exchange thoughts with others. i am not one of these geeky anime-girly-girls, just to point it out
through, i love drawing. i love japanese arts also (especally from the heian period)
i am 18 years old now, and next year i will do my finishing school examinations. (abitur, or a-level, or whatever)
i yearn for a study place in "industrial design". so, nothing japanese yet but i just like japanese things
hysteric japanese behaviors/ things are also very cool, like "fresh fruits" ( a book about the modern way of dressing in tokyo, harajuku) or hello kitty fetishes or something... strange but cool. i think these differences make japan so attractive.

i also was kind of addicted to arthur golden's "memoirs of a geisha" and was very frustrated as i read that it was all not autobiographical... *smile* as i was younger i wished to entertain people like chiyo did.

nowadays i am facsinated about anything japanese, my current addiction is "omae mona" and his perform of numa numa dance

fact: most of my manga's are in german, they are hard to come by in Holland (see my intro) , much easier in Germany.

omae mona well i never heard about her before too! but i often enjoy reading news.3yen ! i truely recomment reading that!

in wikipedia, by searching omae mona you can learn very much about ASCII art and a really weird and exorbitant huuuge japanese forum! i think omae mona is a kind of mascot there...


yakutatazu: yes here in germany most of the girls in my age are real otaku girls (hysteric, pink, always reading shojo-manga and talking about the hottest stuff) so the industry remarks that changing and imports much,much,much manga. in almost every book shop one could buy them. i think some years ago they also started importing mahnwa, which is nothing more than corean manga.
i am afraid holland isnt like that?!
