The Japanese new anime "Hetalia Axis Powers" is going on air via Kid's TV Jan 24th 2009 in Japan.

"Hetalia Axis Powers" - A new manga is about WWI and WWII, but all the countries are handsome young men (and one young lady, Hungary).
