Need help in translating this sentence I've grabbed from an e-card from 【Ynotグリーティングカード】インターネット上でｅカードを利用したコミュニケーションサービス：無料のメッセージ

It's a polite way of basically saying, "How have you been?" or "How are you?" (Not literally, of course, but that's the basic feel of the sentence.)
