フェスとかに出さしてもらって、思う事ですが、楽屋エリアが充実していて、何でも用意されていればいるほどオモロな いフェスだなという感じがいつもします。あとそこら辺 りにいる、何をしにきてるのかよくわからない関係者みたいなのが多い程しょうも ないなといつも思います

What is the meaning of "toka" here and the verb dasu? A translate is nice

Also what is nani wo shi ni kiteru implying/ what does it mean?

とか means "or like that". What do you mean by "the verb dasu"? What is it referring to?

You've already come across the same expression 起こしに来る.;-) (し in 何をしにきてる is from する.)

wow thanks you have a golden memory . More like what is the meaning of that part all together, I guess the meaning of toka to be the one you said, rather I'm not sure what the verb means here.
