I just wanted to let you know that your post is being read...but I guess we don't have any. I have never heard of any here, at least. You might want to check out cable TV? Maybe?
Your best bet would be to find a friend on one of the US bases...they will be able to see the broadcast. I don't remember being able to watch a lot of US football on Japanese TV...when I did, it was on the BS channels though.
