It's a mixture of hiragana and kanji, with some kanji used as "hentaigana". Difficult to read under normal circumstances, but when its highly cursive it is even more difficult. All I can read is the writer's art name at the far left of the top picture 霍済光 ("Kakusaikō", other readings are possible). Those kanji are repeated in the red seal next to the name.
The seal below that says 燕山楚之印 (Shōzanso-no-in, it means "the seal of Shōzanso"), so Shōzanso is probably another "art name" used by the writer.
