Seeking Help on finding my father, Ichiro/Itchiro Toyoshima

Hello,

My name is Jhiro Toyoshima.
I'm looking for ways on finding my father who left me when I was 3 or 4 years old.
According to my grandma, he was an engineer that worked here in Manila and married my mother here in Phillipines.

My mother just passed away last year and she told me that she doesn't know whether my father is still alive or has passed already.

If it is still possible or if theres a way to find him, please let me know.
