Surely you've seen example sentences in class that come close to what is being asked here? You must know something, like the Japanese words for "name" and "to live (at)".

Although I really do want to help you, Coolve-san, I do agree with Lanthas-san. Please try to post what you think you should do and then everyone can help you. I will give you a hint though. For the one about the name 名前 なまえ namae is used and desu is at the end. I will let you figure it out form there. Please do a little research and you should be able to figure it out. I do want you to learn and spoon feeding you all the info will only hurt you later on down the road. If you cannot figure it out by tomorrow I will be glad to help.

If you actually want to learn the language, there's no point in us giving you answers.

souzoujou no tomodachi ha chibikun to iimasu.
boku no atamano naka ni sundeimasu.
chibikun ha uchuu kara kimashita.
