Help finding Miwa Kitagawa

Looking for Miwa kitagawa, i lost contact with her after coming back to America. I wrote to her 2 times so I have her old address and her old number. I had help reaching her once when I was able to get someone to call the number and get a message to her in Japanese. She later called me but we lost contact again. Still have the old info but many years have passed. Looking for someone who can call the number and speak to whom may answer to see if either the number still belongs to her family home or or if they may have any idea how to contact her in any way. if Anyone out there is willing to help me, please let me know. We can discuss contact info by other means as to protect privacy. Much appreciated. I've read about the Hiroshima mudslides back in 2014 , which was also near her home. Hope to recontact her so I know nothing bad happened.
